IVF journey episode 4: "THE EMBRYO TRANSFER" TRUE STORY

I took a deep breath and hit the road. Now it's all or nothing. I was nervous like never before in my life. The word „negative“ would be the most positive news ever!

PGD result

I did not prepare for the „it's over“ variant. As I said before: I'm a believer.

And somebody up there obviously loves me. Our five day blastocyst, our little future baby, is PKU negative and ready to transfer! And I'm ready, too. :-)

The embryotransfer

A few days have passed and my time has come. My body was ready to accept this tiny little thing. I was prepared. It all happened in the native cycle with only minimal supportive treatment. It was painless, quick and liberating. Now it's all in my and Mother Nature's hands. And these are the two I really trust The last doctor advice was to rest and I'm pretty sure I did my best. The next step is...

The test

After 10 days of waiting the result is -  3 ... 2 ... 1...  POSITIVE! 

No more needs to be said.

And this is not the END... this is the BEGINNING ♡♡♡
